Fee waivers
In order to apply for a fee waiver, download and fill in this form, and send it to bcccd@ceu.edu along with a letter from your supervisor stating the financial difficulty of paying the registration fee by November 16. Decisions will be sent by November 21.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Organizing Secretariat.

If cancellation arrives before 15 December, 2025 80% refund will be made. After this date no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted. All refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the conference. |
No show up cases
The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
