Fee waivers

A limited number of fee waivers are available for BCCCD25 participants. To be eligible, applicants must be students (Master's or PhD) with an accepted presentation at the conference. To apply, please email bcccd_at_ceu.edu with the following documents:
1. The BCCCD25 confirmation of acceptance,
2. Proof of student status (e.g., enrollment certificate, student ID), and
3. A letter from your supervisor confirming that no other funding is available for you to attend the conference.

The deadline for fee waiver applications is Sunday, 17 November, 2024.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.

Invoicing

Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellation of registration and conference dinner: If cancellation arrives before 09 December, 2024 80% refund will be made.
After this date no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted.
All refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the conference.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
